Quick Add Products

If you want to add products to your front end website via an online form, then Quick Add Product will be better suited to you as opposed to creating a custom datafile.

Quick Add Product is located on the admin panel here:

To Add a Product:

If the product you want to add is from a supplier range not currently on your site, you must first add the supplier info here so you can select it in the Quick Add Product supplier drop down menu.

If its a product that is from an existing supplier range on your site, you do not need to add that supplier again.

Fill out the form as below:

1. Supplier: If its a product from an existing supplier range, choose that supplier name here. If its a new supplier you will need to add the supplier first in the Add Supplier area.
2. Product Code: This will have to be a unique product code. 
3. Product Name: Type your product name here. Keep in mind that searches made by users and clients search for keywords in the item name.
4. Long Description: Enter in your log description for the item. Include details such as features, colours, sizes. 
5. Product Category: You can choose any of our standard sub categories by typing the first few letters of it and then selecting it from the list
6. Product Image: Please load a square shaped image preferably 400x400 pixels in .jpg format only. ***NOTE if you load a .PNG file the quote will not generate***
7. Pricing: Enter in the item quantities and corresponding cost prices ex GST. 
8. Bundled decoration/setup costs: If the unit price includes product, decoration and setup, tick YES. If its an undecorated item cost only, click NO
9. Number of Colours: If YES is selected in the previous field, specify how many colours the print has. 1 being a 1 colour print, laser engrave. 4 would be digital print, sublimation, embroidery.
10. If you want to show this product to clients check TRUE. If you want it hidden, click FALSE.
11. You can either create the product or create it and view. Click the 2nd option to view it so you can check the product is correct and then copy a link if needed.
