Search Result Ranking

In the MPS, you can control the order of the search results by using the Search Rank List in the admin page. You can assign different product codes to different positions in the list, depending on whether you want them to appear at the top or the bottom of the results.

Here are the steps to ranking search results:

1. Go to "Add Range to Search Rank List"

You can find this function from the admin page under "Admin + System Maintenance"

2. Select the supplier you want to rank

In this example, we will make Akubra - (AKU) the top result when looking for "hats" and Biz Collection - (BIZ) the next one in the list

Click "add" to put the supplier in the selected range list

3. Input the search ranking of the product codes

4. Test the search results

When we hover over the products, we should see that AKU as the first product code of the result

If we scroll down and see the rest of the products, we should see that BIZ is the next product code to AKU
