Note : before proceeding to step 2 ensure that you have logged into xero from the Xero menu in promooffice.
also note that in xero contact records are not converted to customer records until there is a invoice again the customer. Promo Office will only sync customer records not Xero contact records.
Note : Scroll to the bottom of the customer record and select the save option to save the record
