Operator Permissions not working correctly

If you find that an operator cant see all of the items in a menu on Xebra 

try the following:

1. login in as admin

2. change the operator having the issue to an admin

3. login as that operator again 

4. logout

5. login as admin again  

6.  change the operator that was having the issue back to a standard operator
